Kepentingan Bestfriend

Kenapa sampai few sets? Sebab as life goes on, saya discover orang-orang berbeza yang layak saya panggil bestfriend :’) Jadi apakah kepentingan mereka?

Orang tua selalu pesan, perempuan pergi mana-mana mesti berteman. Inilah kepentingan bestfriend, jadi gunakan bestfriend anda sebaik mungkin. Seperti saya pergi JB untuk buat write-up Iskandar Malaysia tempoh hari, ajak Ekin teman tidur kat hotel, kalau tak dah seram sensorang dalam kepala terbayang apa tenggelam timbul dalam bath tub berisi air merah (lebih-lebih).

 Seram.

Lebih seram. Eh tak tak, gurau je gurau. Ekin jangan sesali berkawan denganku T_T

Cari solution semua permasalahan.
Walhal, most of the time diorang memang takkan boleh solvekan pun. Tak payah call Wanita Hari Ini nak cerita.

Sambil nak cari solusi, sambil melantak Dove Chocolate. Ekin… kalau kau ingat lagi luahan hatiku tempoh hari, please lupakan, malu I bila terkenang balik warghahahahaha T_T

Kongsi minat yang sama.
Okay kenapa ayat macam TV pendidikan sekarang? KONGSI MINAT YANG SAMA?! Kahkahkah.
You know what I mean, share interest atau discover new ones pastu fan girl mode ON. Sekarang my CLUB 10 (set of BFFs in UiTM Johor), tengah gilakan We Got Married, City Hunter & Running Men.

Kongsi minat yang sama... Dove Chocolate yums!

Kongsi minat yang sama... Dennis Oh yums eh? Haipppp!

Kongsi pengetahuan dan pendapat.
Kahkahkah saja nak teruskan ayat TV pendidikan dah alang-alang guna kat atas tadi. Pengetahun dalam konteks ini bukan sahaja ilmu yang diterima dari sesi kuliah/pembelajaran, malah ilmu-ilmu dari magazines dan petua nenek moyang a.k.a beauty tips! Even dalam belog ini pun kalau ada yang I konon-konon bagi petua, banyak juga yang dicilok dari rakan taulan *peace tepi pipi*.

Banyak betul ya kegunaan bestfriend, rugi kalau tak sedar dari sekarang dan make full use out of them LOLOLOL *menari perut ke depan*

 Petua untuk pemuda.

Benci orang yang sama.
Bestfriend kena sehati sejiwa. Kalau ada sesiapa yang buat onar kepada kita, dia wajib take side (which is our side of course, hewhewhew).

Cerminkan kita.
Mungkin orang lain takkan tegur kita mulut busuk / kunyah makanan bising / pakai tudung rambut bersepah nak keluar anak tudung / taik mata lupa bersihkan / mascara sememeh , tapi bagi seorang bestfriend, itulah kerja dia.

 Cermini diri

Banyakkan kepentingan bestfriend? I love em all, you guys know who you are!
Terima kasih bestfriendku! Cari bestfriend anda dan peluk dia sekarang /belikan Dove Chocolate untuknya/ kedua-dua pilihan sekaligus. Hewhewhew get ready Hanis, bestfriends kau semua akan tuntut Dove Chocolate lepas baca ni *pecahkan tabung*.

6 Things To Consider Before Publishing Your Love Life Online

In response to the Google keyword search 'Hanis Zalikha boyfriend' that has knocked on my door countless times, I bring to you... 6 Things To Consider Before Publishing Your Love Life Online.

Take this: You have a boyfriend/girlfriend. You love him/her with all your heart, you jump I jump my heart will go on. Next thing you know, you're itching to tell the (online) world how deep/high your love is because obviously sea mountain all sure cannot challenge. So... Should you? Should I?

STOP RIGHT THERE MISSY!

Your Audience
For this blog, I tahu adik-adik sekolah rendah (hai semua! hai kawan Alisya!) ada yang tegar baca belog ini nak tahu game terkini kat Facebook yang diorang boleh cuba menang LOL. Yang si pembaca cilik sudahlah senang terpengaruh, nanti umur baru setahun sebaya dengan jagung, dah nak ada pakwe/makwe ikut Keknis. Tak molek-molek.

I juga tahu ada lecturer-lecturer (salam 1Malaysia, salam 1UiTM di hatiku *berhemah*) yang ikuti penulisan I, jadi sungguh gelilah jikalau I mahu berjiwang di sini. Tak berwibawa betul nak cerita hari tuh kitew giew Uptown mamam doyan (durian dalam bahasa takde gigi) dengan diew hewhewhew nafas diew bau doyan lew pastuew, kitew pon samew jew, maluewww hikhikhik.

So think, who is your audience/reader/follower/FB friend? Is that really what you want to expose to them? My future boss might be reading this too... (HELLO FUTURE BOSS!)

Privacy Issue
For me, there are things that I'd like to keep private because as a lifestyle blogger (who exposes almost everything; work, study, family), I do need my space. And my partner does need his space as well.

My bestfriends (read: bestfriends, not just one) always come to me "Weh aku rimas orang yang aku jumpa tanya-tanya pasal kau sebab tahu kita bestfriend -_-". Jadi kini saya lebih memahami akan situasi. Takpelah, price yang I have to pay for being a blogger tak patut diburdenkan kepada orang tercinta dalam hidupku (Hamis ko takyahlah nak feeling public figure kat sini).

So I choose to keep my love life private.

Public Rating
Most of us have the tendency to judge/rate/compare someone's partner. I am not willing to let my other half go through that. Physical/economical/mental semua nak komen (mulut orang, takleh nak tahan jadi lebih baik avoid awal-awal). I pun taknak kena "Eh Hanis tak deserve him at all, just look at her".

Worse, I've seen some cases di mana sang public figure tukar-tukar boyfriend dan orang compare current boyfriend/husband with previous boyfriend. Tak ke stress?

Kalau you tegar, or ada your own agendas (as relationship guru ke apa), it is up to you though.

Trash Can
No one wants to go separate ways in bitterness, but can you foresee the future? Kalau tertempek muka sang kekasih dalam entri terdahulu, bila tak berhasil antara anda berdua, ha kan dah kena buang one good entry. Kalau banyak penulisan anda ada include dia? Ha kan dah kena buang few good entries.

Rugi... rugi...

Lagi drastik bila terpaksa tukar blog address/banner/host terus.

Over feeling
Kalau anda suka baguslah, anda memang penyayang.

Jadi saya nak elak benda tuh lebih baik jangan mulakan. Mana kita tahu kan, kot-kot dah angau takleh kawal. Nanti tulis pun macam bagus, pakwe I paling best/sweet/romantik/hot/berasap. Jenuh korang nak mengadap.

Takpelah, biar kami angau berdua sahaja. Last time I checked, love is between two people.

Special Place
Begini. I buat belog dari I umur 18tahun. Imagine kalau dari waktu I start belog, setiap kali tukar pasangan, I tulis kat belog ini. Wah! Meriah uols!

Takleh jadi... takleh jadi... Macam dah takde apa yang istimewa. Jadi apakata siapa yang menang (best man wins gitueww) je, boleh difeaturekan. Nama dia : Hasben.

Collagen Dust by Toujours Skin

I am finally revealing about Collagen Dust, the product I swear by. To be honest, dah lama sangat pakai this amazing find--both me and my mom. We got to know about it sebab my mom's friend is the supplier yang bawa the product from France. Baru tahu rahsia datin-datin dan selebriti nampak cantik! Amboi amboi amboi korang tak cerita pun kat Cit Cat Azwan yer! Nak cantik sensorang jer, nyampahzzz.

Now Collagen Dust is in my handbag all the time. I sprinkle em in my food & drinks. Even letak sikit dalam mosturizer siap, mengharapkan ia penetrate dalam kulit hewhewhew. It's basically collagen in powder form, as the

name suggests.

Benefits yang tertulis belakang botol antaranya: Create glowing and radiant complexion, improve hair, improve nails & connective tissues, fat reduction, replace elasticity of skin, etc.

My mom suruh add, siapa sakit tulang patut try this product sebab dia sendiri dulu sakit tulang, KINI TIDAK LAGI!

Faces of satisfied user. Tak mainlah inject-inject, telan terus.
(KEKNA JE MALAS PAKAI, PASTU BISING KULIT TAK CANTIK, BUAT HAL).

My mom offers siapa yang nak order dengan dia suruh email kat toujours.my @ gmail.com

Precious Present: A Reminder.

"Imagine there is a bank account that credits your account each morning with $86400. It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening, the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cents of course? Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME. Every morning it credits you with 86400 seconds. Every night, it writes off as lost, whatever of these you have failed to invest to a good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposit, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against 'tomorrow'. You must live in the present of today's deposit. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success. The clock is running. Make the most of today."

Saw this on Lyana's BBM display picture, thought I'd share. It happens to us more often than not, where at the end of the day we question ourselves "What have I achieved today? Nothing really". Even so, we continue making the same mistake one day after another, and punish ourselves when time has ran out-- when it's finally the eleventh hour.

Put the best effort in every undertaking of yours (work/exam/family/life/love); appreciate time.

What grade is your skin?

Have you ever wondered if your skin, like a school kid, can be graded-- would it be a bright student or the class clown? Out of all 5As in the UPSR, would your skin score straight As and be loved by many? Or would it flunk all the subjects and have low self-confidence?

Apparently, we CAN grade our skin thanks to SK-II skin analysis. Instead of 5As, you should score 5Ds! D for dimension! But which dimension are we looking at? They are…

1. Firmness Power: To grade your skin’s elasticity.
2. Texture Refinement: To grade the texture of your skin.
3. Wrinkle Resilience: To grade your skin’s suppleness (resistant to wrinkle formation).
4. Radiance Enhancement: To grade the skin glow that all women desire to have.
5. Spot Control: To grade your skin tone (even/uneven).

Last weekend I (finally) had the chance to visit one of SK-II counters and experience the skin analysis & consultation myself. Brought along my girls because what would a beauty-counter-visit be, without them!

Athina, Melle & Kekna. Kekna was so happy to tag along as her Big Day is fast-approaching! Gotta prep the skin for once in a lifetime event ;)

Basically, you can just do a walk-in as the SK-II ladies are always ready to help you. You would need to fill in a form so they can key in your data. This way, your result can be compared on your next visit (to see the difference after using SK-II products).

This is my result. I scored 3Ds. From this result, I know I need to pay close attention on Radiance Enhancement (only 29%) and Firmness Power (51%)! I guess, more tuition for my skin! LOL.

During the whole process, SK-II ladies will guide you how to use the product better to get the best result. One of which is to use cotton pad for most liquid products. Using toner; you have to rub, and for Facial Treatment Essence, you have to dab. Apart from that, I was told that my skin is too exposed to the sun (no surprise there, thanks to endless walking to class), so I need to control my melanin production by wearing layers of sunblock and umbrella with UV coating (the gray one, LOLOLOL). Tips: When you’re at the counter, it’s your chance to ask as many questions regarding your skin/facial regime because the SK-II ladies are really keen in helping you out. If you noticed, there’s Melle’s intense consultation session with one of the ladies in the picture, hahaha she really makes the most out of it.

For that day, not only we get to try the products they offer, we were lucky enough to bring home with us, a 7-day SK-II Pitera™ Miracle Kit, which includes Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser, Facial Treatment Clear Lotion, Facial Treatment Essence (Miracle Water) and a piece of Facial Treatment Mask. Happy! My girls are happy! My skin is happy; it’ll be receiving the much needed tuition to score 5Ds in skin exam!

Oh! I’d like to share with you some of SK-II facts I learned during my visit there.

1. 92% agreed that Facial Treatment Essence (Miracle Water) works well with their normal skin regime.
2. 80% loyal users agreed that Facial Treatment Essence (Miracle Water) is their best skin care investment.
3. 88% of women who tried Facial Treatment Essence (Miracle Water) agreed that it makes skin looks brighter.

Kekna told me that her skin tone is lighter and smoother (as if I can’t see it myself -_-), how much she loved the product and that Boiri should consider it as one of the hantaran set. I am already in love with it; I won’t wait for a hantaran set (not that it’s coming anytime soon T_T) to own the whole range. It makes my skin so supple and glowing :’) Just dab dab dab and I’m ready to face the world—bare faced. Speaking of which, have you made your pledge? I have and you should too (!) so you would stand a chance to win SK-II products! Oh and check me out at their website, hewhewhew.

I like how light it feels on my skin; the cleanser, the toner, the Miracle Water(!). Waited long to try on the mask (not in picture sorry lupa)! So precious! I saved it and used one day before Raya, a girl gotta look good on Raya morning y’know.

Check out this page to visit the nearest SK-II counter and get your skin graded, eh I mean analysed. Know the best investment towards healthy skin.

Mmmmm healthy skin... mmmmmm. Click!

The Things Women Discuss About Their Man

Or other people’s man. I realized when a bunch of ladies sit together, they can’t help but to talk about the significant things their spouse did, or some amazing traits they see in their or someone else’s partner. Seolah-olah kami berkata “Baik, let’s put all the notable qualities on the table and scrutinize em one by one”, LOL.

Sounds familiar ladies? We’ve all had this and we’ll be having it again on our next meal together :P Men, are you itching to know what we discuss about you? Here’s a fun list I’ve compiled together with my girlfriends. The Things Women Discuss about Their (And Someone Else’s) Man.

“He is beyond romantic!”

Bab-bab romantik nih, mesti nak/taknak terpacul juga jadi topic perbincangan. Semua perempuan nak lelaki romantic jadi tak hairanlah benda tuh yang diangkat-angkat. Benda kecil macam SMS setiap pagi pun boleh jadi kebanggaan, just because tak semua lelaki buat.

“My ex supervisorkan, suami dia loving sangat. Isteri dia bila penat balik dari kerja straight terus tidur, bila bangun pagi tengok kaki dah dipakaikan stoking”

“He is always willing”

Next is bercakap pasal tolerance level. Lagi high tolerance level seseorang lelaki, lagi untung pasangannya dari pandangan kami.

"Syida tuh kan suka try- try makanan. Pakwe dia layankan aje walaupun terpaksa bersesat-sesat cari jalan pergi tempat tuh”.

“Kalau shopping dia tak tunggu kat luar macam tunggul, tapi dia siap pilihkan sekali. Pilih warna, corak, then tunggu luar fitting room nak bagi komen kat I”.

“I tengok, Paan tuh tak kisah pun bini dia makin naik berat badan. Lagi sayang adalah. Bertuah badan”.

Islamic Deeds

Islamic deeds like how? Walaupun mungkin takdelah sampai layak masuk imam muda, just ada hint keimanan pun dah cukup sejuk hati.

“Sekali-sekala keluar kena pakai tudung. Dia kata I cantik pakai tudung and it’s a good practice”

“Kitorang tengah puasa enam sama-sama!”

“Boyfriend Qila gempak, dia hafal Yassin.”

“He does this and that to impress my parents”

Why is this a topic of discussion? Because efforts should never go unnoticed!

“Hari tuh kitorang pergi open house Aini, boyfriend dia yang duk sibuk bakar ayam. Semua orang bergaya sambut tetamu, dia dengan t-shirt pagoda pakai seluar baju Melayu sibuk bakar ayam”.

“He calls my mom on her birthday”

Sounds simple? But we gush over that, guys!

“He did not just buy you that!”

Most of the time of course kita bangga ada orang nak spend so much money on us.

“Cantiklah kasut flats nih” “Cantikkan? Imran yang belikan hari tuh, dia tak tahan tengok I jalan gonjeng dah 2jam pakai high heels”.

“Azlan ni jenis yang kalau bab makan takpe nak spend lebih”.

“Boiri tiba-tiba je beli Sony Bravia untuk rumah kitorang. Dia kata tak best nak main PS3 dengan budak-budak kalau guna Samsung tuh. Untung Kekna dapat lelaki pemurah”.

Jealousy Level

Ini comel. Kitorang suka discuss your jealousy level. Jealousy shows that you’re afraid to lose someone.

Hahaha”.

“Faizal sanggup datang sini ambil I, daripada biar I tumpang Jenal”.

Gentleman Quality

“Your boyfriend is really nice, tak sangka dia nak keluar pagar rumah dia just to greet us”.

“Laki dia mana bagi dia buat kerja berat-berat”.

“Aku tak pernah nampak Mat tinggi suara or berdengus dekat makwe dia. Kalau cakap lembut je, berhemah je.”

“Him? House chores?”

Kitorang suka bincang kalau korang jenis yang bila kat rumah ringan tulang.

“Petang-petang camni si Hadi tuh sibuklah membakar sampah kat depan rumah dia”.

“Faiz tuh kan rajin masak untuk girlfriend dia. Hari tuh aku baru try dia masak ayam merah, dah macam pompuan yang masak aku rasa”.

“Suami si Nur tuh pantang tengok rumah sepah sikit, mula angkat penyapu. Bukan nak pukul orang yang sepahkanlah. Nak sapu lantai lah”.

Young moneyh!

Memang kerja engineer/pilot/manager tuh gempak. Tapi yang dapat attention kitorang ialah, what you do besides that- your side income. Whether you can sustain dalam economy yang tak menentu with your money-making talent. Knowing that you can provide security to your lady gets our credit.

“Kalau petang tuh takde class, dia pergilah jenguk ternakan lintah dia. Untung bini dia dapat suami lecturer yang tak boleh duduk diam”.

“Suami dia pegawai kerajaan, tapi kan diorang duk jual beli properties. Ada yang diorang beli and sewakan”.

Itu saja setakat ini. Para wanita, ada nak tambah? :P

Unlocking an LV handbag

My brand of toothpaste is here with another contest, ladies and gents. Darlie All Shiny White that is.

This is one of the easiest contests so far, especially if you’re like me, a loyal user of the Darlie All Shiny White. If you feel like pampering yourself with gifts, this could be the right move for you. As for me, my birthday is coming up *eyebrows up and down movement*, so lemme give it a shot. Maybe with it, I don’t have to spend so much money on my own birthday gift this time around hewhewhew (if you’re an avid reader, you would know I do that every year; shower self with gifts). 2011 terasa so fast-paced kan? Like, tup tup tup tup ha, another October to be celebrated! Because life been hectic hence rasa masa berjalan too cepat, I wanna find a little gift yang will pamper me, bagi I relaxation sikit.

For your own gifts, it's up to you nak choose apa, afterall it's the LV handbag that got you clicking this entry :P

Okay back to the contest. Now imma teach you how to unlock your gifts! Teach? More like upload the image of 4 simple instructions.

You can choose to unlock maximum of 3 gifts. After a certain number of people have unlocked it, you will stand chance to win :) Easy peasy.

I’ve set my eyes on these gifts…

Hmmm relaxation hmmm. Something to keep my mind off things. A worthy me-time moment, definitely the perfect pre-birthday gift.

Hmmm tummy satisfaction hmmm.

Hewhewhew but that's just me. You might like these...

Up to you, baby! Log on to All Shiny White now and unlock your gifts! Just try your luck, you’ll never know. If you’re new to Darlie All Shine White, may I recommend to you the one I’ve been using all this time, Darlie ASW Lime Mint. Freshest of the range, absolutely love the sensation it gives after every brush.

Selamat Hari Raya!

Nanti saya pulang insyaAllah saya update molek-molek.

Sebelum itu haruslah saya berpesan, makan in moderation please. Jangan buruk lantak dengan alasan sekali setahun (amboi over, selama nih dia sendiri). Okay I pun dah sedar diri. I dah tak buruk lantak sejak slim bulan Ramadhan tempoh lalu (sempat selitkan). Terima kasih kerana membaca.
